Welcome to the World of Planning.Planning is not a chore,
it is a must to SUCCEED. So how do we plan and what actions
must we take in order to get this ball rolling into the path
we want it to be.

Planning consist of many type. Decisive planning and Strategic planning
These are the two type of planning that will be discussed in the topic.

Yes, Strategic planning is mapping out a plan. To plan strategic ,
one must have sufficient knowledge. He must know the cost
and the advantage of the position for each situation. Without
understanding the 5 principles , 1 would be likely to fall into a disaster. (Sun Zi Bing Fa)

The Difference Between A Genius and a modest man

Why do we grumble that Life is so unfair , why do we see the
world as being unfair to us and fair to other?

If justifying the world is fair , by using George Orwell's Animal Farm,

All animals are equal.

Which is then altered into

all animals are equal , but some are more equal than other

We proclaim that everyone is fair, the rules are fair. We governed
by rule of justice and fairness But, how can you say that there is total fairness.

We saw man born of the same time, suffer different fates.We saw
vile men enjoying their riches and trumping over the poor.
We saw hypocrisy over truth.We saw faked smiles in a gentleman
face. And we proudly hereby proclaim that we treat everyone
equally while in private professed to oneself that we judged
and treated other with one's prejudice, disdain and discrimination.

What is even worse that we crush people we do not like, if we are
stronger than them, we crush them. If we are weaker than them ,
make them your allies and wait for them to weaken before
crushing them. Oh , man . This world is ridiculous and is mocking
us and fooling us and treating us like a naive kid on the block.

There are people who even falsifying truth just for the sake
of getting some stomach fills. Betrayers are aplenty and
backstabbers spawns like madness and spreading
it's vines uncontrollably and it's going to get out of hand.

So, what can we humans (peons) do to stop such a disaster that is waiting to come?

We start moaning and whining? No, that is a loser way.

So what are we going to do ? Or what we can do?
If you don't like the laws ,created your Own.
Destroy the Order and build your own.
This will save you from a lot of troubles.

Yes, We are not genius. Genius are born great.

As quote from Twelve Night

"Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them"

So, We have to work thrice hard to achieve what a genius can do
normally with a twinkle of eye.We may not be fast , but neither
would we give up. That is because we are also genius.
A different kind of genius, not the intelligence
type but a genius of hardwork.

Ever notice how a normal person thriving hard to beat a genius. You know
the result. Yes. you know the outcome. But as it was not totally
impossible. It CAN BE DONE and WILL BE DONE.

How?

Based on Determination and Hardwork.
A classic example is
Annika Sorenstam.

One of the greatest female golf player in the world.
She owns it all to Hardwork, discipline and dedication


Myth : Genius are not people
Fact: People are Genius

I like to be a genius but I am not. So I choose to be a genius of hardwork.
I may not end up like the genius mage below. Rita Mordio.

Still, I admired her. Her Attitude. Her Determination.
Her Pride. Her Dedication to blastia.
Her kick ass attitude( Flame people)

In the event, she fought against people who are trying to take
something precious away from her. She struggled.
Although she was a genius, she struggled. This
showed no matter who are you, be it a genius or freak or human.

You can and will succeed if you persevered in time of adversity
with an iron will of belief and spirit.

Dreams and all

I have notice that everyone has dreams, be it big , minor or small .
However, everyday i watch many people having their dreams
crushed by even the smallest tip of action.
I don't know why.

Maybe blamed on my damning vision. It's
becoming more clearer and clearer and
I think year 2 gave me this vision.
I don't why but sometime i can see a glimpse of the future.

A precondition, precaution or premonition , be it .
And when you look into people's eyes sometime , you can tell
the faint ,fickle light going off.
People blasting each other just for the sake of exacting
revenge on those who crushed their dreams again and again.
Will we suffer the same fate?

I do not know . I will not know . I choose not to know .
Is the response of people. But ,
somehow they will know and must know.

Planning ahead is good but sometime my vision can be accursed,
somehow i can foresee a few predicament which may
or may not be true , but who give a damn anyway.

People who claim that all is fair is just
dastardly blatant or downright crackpot.

You know.

I know.

We know.

All animals are equal but some animals
are more equal than other.

Such is the venom of the thought that would poison
and spread its vine toward the roots of happiness
and wrecked apart the deli cor of the spirit.

Such is the hope that become despair ,
all drowning
all clutching
all gasping

Just to breathe in a little hope.

The stone drops
and drops into the sea.
It rumbles and tumbles
until it bear no more grumbles.

Until the man who can save us,
can he deliver us the hope,
that we really asked
and not the blight knot ,
that we saw for long.

We all have dreams, dreams which may be unattainable ,
unreasonable , preposterous , wild. But They are our DREAMS ,
dreams that hold dear to us. It may be nothing to you ,
but it means a lot to us. That is the courage to dream.
To Dream that You Can Do It ,
words, jealous people , doubt may hurt us ,
So be it, we will grow stronger in the face of adversity and
Together we will grow and become what we dream to be .

Have the courage to dream.

And with the time being, it is time for us to step and ahead the stairs.
We need to climb the stairs, long it may be ,
But that is The DREAM.

There lies a message for us , when we walk through the pace of life
and find out things doesn't seem to be .

What is fair is foul
What is foul is fair
But kept this in mind.

That are always people who are worse than you.
Be Grateful for what you have,
Do not wish for the sky,
for the sky will not come to you.

Be Nice to the people you love
and feel the warmth around.
Sometimes , take a break
there are people who really care
about you sincerely
treasure them wisely.

Going through the battlefield may be tough
but remember this
Tough men last but tough time don't

So now , it had been done. It has been a tiring day for everyone.
Perhaps you may need to rest a while. But remember to keep
walking and soon or later you will end up where your dream
will lead you. Success is not easy and because it ain't easy
that make it so sweet . Keeping Aiming ,
firing you will get there in some day.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! Week 8 Day 1

The day of PTN gathering

8:30 Am Arrived at Dover Mrt Station

Oh it started. .
8:45 Am Walking around to have lunch at FC 2

9:00 am Start of Gluten making process.
Washing of the gluten ball was a tedious task,
i was wondering using a big hammer would churn out protein
much faster, as expected i was the slowest, =)

12:00 am Yay, finally practical ended.
Very tired.

14;00 pm Arrived at Pasir Ris MRT station.

14;00+ pm Start of walking to Downtown East
Didn't know have to walk walk (jalan jalan)

14;20+ pm Walking into a shop, forgot name selling SP noodles.
Was amazing surprised to see such a small shop.
Even amazing was that the noodles was developed by SP students.

Not sure of the time
Ms Toh start to explain the types of noodles made by Sp students,
towkay of shop called ( Mr.Lawerence) was amazing there we could
find Mr Tay and his team noodles product there. It must having been
pretty amazing to develop the products and having people selling
your products.

Start of Feasting noodles, the noodles taste differently from
normal noodles, better texture ,more tender.

Was guilty of eating 2 bowls of noodles.

Ms Toh was so nice , she treated us the food.

After resting sometime, we went walk walk (jalan jalan) again, Ms Toh treated
us this time of Yogurt.

After that we took the class photo pictures with camera with help from kind strangers.

Time to split up, we went to pool with Ms Toh.
The pool section was fun and we really enjoy ourselves.



We will surely work hard for MST and GPA respectively and definitely must in
hard work for your module.

Thank you very much treating us noodles, yoghurt and pool.Thank you ,Ms Toh

On the side note: I would also like to thank DCP2B24 for giving me a pleasant experience for our class outing.

i know the next step in weiqi? I know I must do something but what is that?

Now , i am in a situation i do not know what do.
