There should be a folder called Prgram files. Look in there and find the folder that says Adobe, then click on the folder that says Photoshop cs3. Go to Presets, then go to brushes, and save them there.
Though I use photoshop 7.0, it's the same thing. Here is what the link should look like.
Computer > SQ004665V04(<- its a new version for my laptop, mostly where you store ur data next to ur folders) > Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop whatever > Presets > Brushes >(optional if says) adobe photoshop whatever only
